Can I still chat for free?+
Yes. Random video, random text, accepted connections, messages and private calls remain free.
Will filters guarantee a match?+
No. Both people's preferences must match and someone suitable needs to be online. Narrow filters can mean a longer wait. You can reset them whenever you like.
How does the local price work?+
The base price is €9.99 per month. We estimate your local price using regularly updated exchange rates. Stripe shows the final amount, exchange rate and any conversion fee before you pay. Availability and renewal conversion depend on the currency and payment method. EUR remains the fallback.
How do I cancel?+
Open Manage subscription here to manage your payment method, invoices and future renewals through Stripe. Cancelling renewal keeps Premium until your paid period ends.
What happens to my filters when Premium ends?+
Your preferences stay saved, but paid filters stop applying until Premium is active again. Free conversations and your existing connections continue.
