The service and operator

NOXYVIA is a social discovery platform operated as a Dutch sole proprietorship, KVK 09594734. Questions and complaints: noxyvia@gmail.com. These rules apply to profiles, random conversations, connections, messages and calls.

Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 18 and provide truthful account information. Protect your account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, share access to evade restrictions or use another account to bypass moderation.

Respect and consent

A match or connection never creates an obligation to respond, continue a conversation or accept a call. Respect Next, Decline, Block and requests to stop. Private messaging and private calls require an accepted connection. You must not bypass message limits or other abuse protections.

Content and conduct

No nudity, sexual behavior on camera, harassment, hate, threats, scams, illegal content, exploitation or participation by minors. Do not publish another person's private information or content you have no right to share. Follow the Community Guidelines. You retain your rights to your content; providing it allows the processing and display necessary for the service and your chosen audience.

Safety and moderation

Use Block to stop contact and Report to request review. NOXYVIA may warn users, hide profiles, suspend accounts or impose a permanent ban when warranted by misuse or safety concerns. If you disagree with a decision, email noxyvia@gmail.com with your account email and enough information to identify the decision. Do not include unrelated private conversations or sensitive documents. Your statutory complaint and legal rights remain available.

Leaving NOXYVIA

You can request account deletion in Settings. Your profile is hidden and active sessions end immediately. An administrator reviews the request before permanent deletion. Processing removes the account, avatars and entire shared conversations for both participants, and cannot be undone. Safety-related and other flagged requests require separate assessment. The Privacy notice explains the current behavior and limitations.

Availability and legal rights

We do not guarantee a particular match, a response from another user or uninterrupted availability. Other users are responsible for their own behavior, and you should avoid sharing sensitive information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No paid subscription or billing terms are created by this draft.

Changes

Changes should be communicated clearly, with an opportunity to review material changes before they apply where required. They do not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.
